Niviuk Klimber 3 P Review

It’s still feels like a Klimber, but some some things are different. Take off is easier than you can imagine, it comes up like a Kode P almost. In the air it also has the good Niviuk Pitch stability. It’s rather firm on the brakes and the pressure on the B’s is harder than on the Klimber 2. The brake-travel is also noticeably longer, it’s harder to stall it. But it makes a very stable impression on speedbar. And Niviuk says thx to the longer rods, it’s a big leap in performance in moving air. We found the 20 had at least the same performance as an advance Omega X-Alps 4 23…. It’s more easy to fly slow during landing and still turn it or pump it down. It’s mostly made out of Dokdo 10D fabric, the lightest on the market. Thx to this fabric, you can pack it very very small and this fabric is also known to stay airtight for very long! We think the combination of such a light wing with so much performance will be hard to beat!

We really like the feedback of the Klimber 3. You can feel really well what’s happening and the brake authority is amazing. You have full control over the leading edge with your brakes. You can feel collapses coming and can easily stop them. You feel like you have more control then with many other wings on the market! When flown moderately active, it is a very stable wing, you won’t even get wing tip collapses. We think it is easier to fly than a Peak 6, it feels like it’s somewhere between Artik R and Peak 6.

When pushing full bar, it can go really fast! We think it also climbs really well, so we strongly recommend to fly it on top weight range. We even flew the 20 already with 92kg and it was still working great…
