Our Opinion – Ozone Magnum 4 Review

The Magnum 4 inflates nice, it doesn’t shoot and it makes lift very early. You will be surprised how quickly you take off. It the air it offers a butter smooth ride, you don’t get shaken a lot, what really helps a lot in preventing the passenger getting sick. This is a huge difference to other tandems.

If you want to have to most dynamic and fun wing to fly big wingovers, the Magnum 4 isn’t for you. With trimmers closed wingovers are small. You will find it hard to get above your wing. If you open trimmers half, it works much better. But you still need to have a decent load on the wing.

It thermals really well, it’s agile and climbs well. The glide is surprisingly good. And if you open trimmers it goes noticeably faster than the Magnum 3 did.

Landing is easy with it, it seems easy to get rid off the speed and it makes nice lift on landing.

The system to keep the ears in also works really well. No flapping also when fully accelerated.
