Our Opinion – Kortel Karver 2 Review

The Karver is the first harness that came without shoulder straps. It works great for speedflying and speedriding or coastel soaring. It has low attachment points so you can weight shift a lot. It has a high back support and also long legs. That makes it a comfortable harness, not only for 2min flights. You can soar for many hours in it. The low attachment points make it also ideal for soaring a Moustache!

Especially very tall pilots normally have troubles finding a harness for speedflying that fits them well and is comfortable for soaring as well. The Karver 2 XL works great even for the tallest pilots.

Good to know

• Not the lightest with around 900g
• You can’t pack it very small, unless you want to bend the seat-form
