Niviuk Artik 6 Review- Our opinion

The Artik 6 is an amazing accessible C-Glider. It’s very easy to take off and can be packed absolutely careless thx to the Nitinol rods. It the air it gives you a secure feeling and is well balanced even in strong conditions. It’s not a light wing, but quite light for a normal wing and you can pack it quite small if you want to.

What we like about the Artik 6

• easy to launch
• nice handling in thermals (when loaded on the upper end)
• gets very hard before it stalls
• Nitinol rods offer careless packing
• Pitch stable (it makes you feel it’s less turbulent)
• cheaper than others

Good to know

• Most Niviuk Gliders have very soft wingtips. This means you get a lot of tip collapses. One needs to get used to this. Niviuk says it’s better for the handling.
